066308) for an introduction to using a compass
with a map followed by a 3.5 mile guided
walk to use skills gained. Suitable for children
aged 14+ if accompanied by an adult. Bring
a baseplate compass with you if you have one
(some available to borrow on the day if you
haven’t got one). Previous experience of basic
map reading recommended (see course on
