Join Yorkshire Wildlife Trust staff on our weekly volunteering day at Copley Valley Green Corridor, made up of two flood mitigation sites along the river next to Milner Royd Nature Reserve. We will be removing the Himalayan balsam from the site, an invasive species which overcrowds native British wildflowers.
Meet at 10am by the boulders at the side of the bridge, before Hollas Lane becomes Copley Valley Road.
