SUMMARY:Wild Daffodils and Little Owls Rishworth Ramble
DESCRIPTION:Meet Steve Blacksmith from Halifax Scientific Society in the bowling green car park (Mill Fold) off B6113 at the bottom of Ripponden Bank (grid reference SE040197) at 10.30 for a 10.40 start.  Walk goes up the Ryburn on woodland paths\, doing a circuit at Rishworth and returning on a high contour.  We may see the native daffodils in flower and we usually see a Little Owl or two on a certain wall.  Distance c. 2.5 miles moderate walk.  Bring lunch.
